But, I also find that energy work is a deeply personal experience. I’ve felt significant benefits from the practice; and , I offer these services in the hopes that others may find relief as well.     A typical 30 minute session will have around 5 minutes at the beginning to discuss any goals or answer any questions about the service, followed by 20 minutes of reiki, then end with another 5 minutes to process anything you may have experienced during the session. A 60 minute session will have 45-50 minutes of reiki, with the same amount of consultation and grounding at the beginning and end.

    What should I expect during my first session?
    During your first session, I will discuss your intentions and any concerns you may have. You will then lie down fully clothed while I lightly place my hands on or near your body to facilitate energy flow.

    Does the practitioner need to touch me for reiki to be effective?
    Nope. Because reiki is an energetic healing technique and does not rely solely on physical touch, it is effective at any distance. The universal healing energy can be channeled by hands-on touch, by hovering a few inches away or even if I’m halfway across the planet.
